Changelog

The Changelog lists the work your project has shipped, newest first, so you can answer "what did we ship this week?" without reading the commit history. Each entry is a task, with a short summary of what changed, who asked for it and which agent did it. Open an entry to see everything else about it.

Open Ship → Changelog in the project sidebar. Everyone on the project can read it.

What appears on the Changelog

A task appears on the Changelog as soon as it ships, that is once it reaches Implemented, dated by the day it was completed. Each entry says whether it has been checked:

  • Verified: someone verified it, or every acceptance criterion was settled with evidence, so it is Done.
  • Not verified yet: it has shipped and is still awaiting verification.

The changelog itself only reports verification. Open an entry to verify it, or see How an item reaches Done.

By default, the Changelog shows shipped Features, improvements & fixes, 50 entries to a page, grouped by the day each item shipped in your time zone (use Filters → Type if you also want to include shipped investigations or general tasks). Each day's heading shows how many entries shipped that day. When a day runs across a page break, the heading on both pages shows the day's full total and how many of them are on that page, such as "51 entries · 1 on this page". When nothing has shipped yet, the page says "Nothing shipped yet".

Find shipped work

At the top of the Changelog:

  • Search shipped work… searches the finished items.

  • The Date · Newest control sets how the list is laid out:

    • Group by arranges the entries by Date, Brief, Type, Tag or Requested by;
    • Order is Newest shipped first (the default) or Oldest shipped first.
  • Filters narrows by:

    • Status: All shipped (the default) or Verified only, for a strict list such as customer release notes;
    • Type (Features, improvements & fixes by default, or any combination of types) and Priority;
    • Requested by: the person who asked for the work to be done, even when someone else's agent did it. Not recorded shows work where nobody recorded who asked;
    • Tags.

    Filters apply to the whole project, not only the page you're on, and the panel's Clear button removes them.

What each changelog entry shows

Each entry on the Changelog shows:

  • the kind of work (such as FIX or FEATURE) above the title, and a short summary of what was done;
  • the date it was completed, the person it was assigned to when there is one, and Verified or Not verified yet;
  • which tool did the work and the model it ran, such as "Claude Code · claude-opus-5-5", and who asked for it. Hover or tap the tool to see the agent's name. Work recorded before models were tracked shows the tool alone;
  • Implementation notes, with how many there are, folded until you open them. They are the notes the agent or person who did the work recorded, the same as on the item's card on the Tasks page;
  • the item's tags;
  • Discuss, which opens a conversation about the item: its existing discussion, the conversation it came from, or a new one. Only conversations you can open are offered;
  • Resume locally, on a computer and only for the person whose machine ran the coding-agent session: it copies the command that reopens that session.

Open an entry

Click an entry's title to open the whole task over the changelog, without leaving the page. On a phone, tap anywhere on the entry and it opens as a panel from the bottom of the screen.

It is the same view as the item's own page: its description and acceptance criteria, implementation notes, commits (click one to see the commit itself), verification and history. You can verify the item or act on it there. To go to the item's own page, use the Open full page button at the top of the panel.

Follow up on shipped work

When something that shipped needs more work, use Discuss on its entry to talk it through with your team, Dev or one of your agents. A conversation about the item is where the next piece of work gets decided and created. See Working with your agents.
